Electronic Appraisal Submissions Direct to UCDP from AppraisalComply Coming Soon

Since the GSE’s (Fannie and Freddie) have implemented their Loan Quality Initiative (LQI), they will soon be requiring lenders to submit appraisals electronically to their Uniform Collateral Data Portal, or UCDP.  Whether you are a direct Fannie or Freddie client (seller-servicer), or if you provide loans on the secondary market to investors who are seller-servicers, AppraisalComply will have you prepared with a solution well in advance of the upcoming deadlines.

We currently offer the ability for appraisers to upload XML appraisals so your lenders can submit manually to UCDP today.  Now we are gearing up to offer a completely automated UCDP solution for you.

This complete solution enables appraisal reports uploaded to AppraisalComply – either in PDF or XML format – to be automatically submitted to UCDP.  You will be able to supply UCDP documentation to seller-servicers to confirm that the appraisal has been successfully transmitted.  Best of all, there will be no manual upload to UCDP required, and you will not need to use the portal directly – it’s all done within AppraisalComply.
