Sarma Hires Dynamic Team to Service Collections

Sarma Collections, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of San Antonio Retail Merchants Association (“Sarma”), welcomes two new additions to the Collections Division, Jackie Frost and James Lawson.

Jackie Frost was recently hired as Sr. Account Executive.  Jackie will be responsible for procuring early out and collection accounts in the medical and financial arenas.

Jackie spent 25 years with SBC/AT&T in Business Marketing Sales and Management. Jackie has more than 12 years of sales experience in the Collection Industry.  She was previously with Sarma Collections Inc. for over 4 years, so we feel very fortunate to have her return.

Jackie is excellent at building strong relationships with her clients; both in the Healthcare and Financial industries. We had numerous clients notify Sarma their delight that she had returned to their accounts. Sarma Wins Bid to work with San Antonio Housing Authority

The property management industry is being faced with strict guidelines for compliance as to how they conduct their day to day business, record keeping and maintaining high standards as to their service to the community while also screening their Real Estate agents and employees for registered licenses etc.

The Property Management Texas Style conference was very educational because I learned that they also have to abide by their industry laws just as we do under the Fair Credit Report Act.
