If you have been converted to our new mortgage services platform, be on the look out for two invoices the first month with one statement.

Did you know… On our new platform, ALL supplements and ancillary products are requested right in the system. No more faxing requests!

The following are key Sarma mortgage documents available online:

  • Business Credit Report Request
  • Calyx Point
    – The most common loan origination interface is Calyx Point. Learn how to interface with Sarma using this popular interface.
  • Contractor Licensing Request
    – Personal Credit Report Request for Contractors License – In order for us to obtain your credit file, proper identification will be required and at least three (3) years residence must be shown. Fax the form back to 800-999-3921
  • How to Review Your Billing Detail
    – Effective with your April 2007 billing, Sarma will no longer be providing a detailed invoice with your monthly statement. Below you will find instructions on how to obtain the detailed invoice. Pulling this report online gives you the ability to receive this information in the format that you can customize to your needs. You can group and subtotal reports pulled by each user, sort by borrower name, sort by date, etc. We highly recommend saving this information on a monthly basis, as this data will only be available for 90 days.
  • Key Information for Your New Sarma Mortgage Account
    – Keep this information handy to learn how to log in, tips for access through your browser, and key administration information. It is your responsibility to manage your users. If someone has left your company or is no longer authorized to order credit reports, click on the New Password button which will immediately change their password and prevent them from being able to log in. You may then send an email to mortgage@sarma.com to request the user name be deleted from your list.
  • Listing of Code Descriptions
    – A summary of key credit report identifiers and explanations such as: credit score reason factors, account type and current manner of payment identifiers, ECOA codes, and other code explanations
  • Summary of all Mortgage Services
    – Review a quick overview of all Sarma mortgage products and services
  • No Documentation Update Express Request Form
    – This service updates a consumer’s personal file at the repository level normally within 72 hours after a no document request has been verified by Sarma. Sarma requires at least 24 hours to authenticate all requests.
  • Ordering New Reports Online
    – Review instructions on how to order a new credit report, supplement, modification, or revised reports
  • Standard Update Express Request Form
    – This service updates a consumer’s personal file at the repository level normally within 72 hours after a no document request has been verified by Sarma. Sarma requires at least 24 hours to authenticate all requests.
  • Submitting Standard Trimerge to Fannie & Freddie
    – Save this document and distribute it to your staff for quick access to your reissue information.
  • Tips for Working Efficiently with Your Sarma Team
    – For assistance or printed instructions for setting up user login names and passwords, pulling reports or interfacing with your LOS, log on to www.sarmamortgage or send an email to mortgage@sarma.com .
  • User Management
    – How to set up and manage your users locally. It is your responsibility to manage your users.
