Creditor Contact Information

TransUnion Creditor Contact Information provides name, address and telephone number information for creditors and public record subscribers listed on a consumer’s credit report. This includes subscribers appearing in the public record, tradeline, collection and inquiry
sections of the credit report.

The information returned with Creditor Contact Information enables you to contact individual subscribers with questions about information appearing in a credit file. You can choose to receive all available contact information or phone numbers only.

Input Requirements

Not applicable if the ‘multiple credit grantor’ option is chosen and information is returned in conjunction with a qualifying TransUnion service. For a search of a single credit grantor, you must input that credit grantor’s TransUnion-assigned subscriber code.

Delivery Options

This service is available as an add-on to most TransUnion services and is therefore dependent on how those services are returned. It can also be requested as a stand-alone search to provide information about a single subscriber. The standalone version is available via remote terminal and CPU formats, through Online Batch and TransUnion Direct.
