Do I have access to Corporate Linkage?

Following the launch of Corporate Linkage, linkage automatically will be enabled for all users of Experian s BizAppsSM Web application.

How do I know if a report has linkage?

When the business is part of a corporate family, a new linkage information section displays. The linkage detail varies based on the report requested.

• Business Profile Report and Small Business Credit ShareSM linkage details section with built-in options to request parent or subsidiary reports.
• Intelliscore PlusSM and Business Summary Report indicator that the business inquired upon is a member of a corporate family. Users can quickly request to see details available in the Business Profile Report.

What information is returned on the Business Profile Report or Small Business Credit Share reports?

The new linkage section on the Business Profile Report or the Small Business Credit Share reports displays the Business Identification Number, business name and address for members of the corporate family tree. Standard classifications are used to identify location type and family structure:

• Ultimate Parent
• Immediate Parent
• Subsidiaries (up to 10)
• Branches (up to 10)

Integrated links also are available to request reports on other members of the business family.

What information is returned on Intelliscore Plus or Business Summary Report?

The new linkage section on Intelliscore Plus and Business Summary Report provides an indicator that the business inquired upon is a member of a corporate family. Users can quickly request to see the family tree details on the Business Profile Report.

Is there a charge for linkage?

The new linkage section is available for no additional charge. If additional reports are requested, standard pricing applies.

If I inquire on a branch location, what information is returned?

All inquiries will return the credit information of the headquarters since financial responsibility lies with the headquarters. The headquarters report contains the credit and public record information associated with all the branch locations.
