SARMA goes to great lengths to ensure the security and confidentiality of information under its charge. To ensure this security in transmission situations, some email communications from us may be encrypted. If you have the ability to decrypt this information, you will not see any issue with the emails you receive. Your information technology staff will have a "PGP Gateway" in place to handle this exchange. If you have a public PGP key, or need one for a SARMA employee, you can search for this information here: http://keys.sarma.com. You can also send us your public key at keys@sarma.com

If you do not have the ability to decrypt this information, you will receive an email with a "trailer". This trailer will have a link to the message you are attempting to read. Be aware that sometimes URLs do not fit on one line in an email, and may carryover to a second line. You will need to make sure that portion is included in your browser address before attempting to access the encrypted message.
